You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires) and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Choose a username that is not deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or impersonating. Once you select the national team you represent, your selection is locked because it determines your eligibility for nation leaderboards and fan rank.

You retain all rights in the content you create within the Service, including chat messages, league and squad names, predictions, and avatars (collectively, “User Content”). You grant Hypra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights in your User Content and that posting it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any person; (b) post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content glorifying self-harm; (c) impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation; (d) post spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or unauthorised advertising; (e) interfere with, probe, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service; (f) scrape, mirror, or use the Service to build a competing product; (g) breach any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice.

The Service is a free game of skill. Predictions, fantasy points, trivia scores, and fan rank confer status only and have no monetary value. We compute results from third-party data feeds that may contain errors or experience delays, particularly during live matches. We will use reasonable efforts to correct material errors brought to our attention but make no guarantee of accuracy or availability.

Certain optional features may be offered for purchase in future versions of the Service. Pricing, billing cycles, refund eligibility, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Polar). By purchasing you authorise the merchant of record to charge your chosen payment method.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Resend, Expo, Google, Vercel, and API-Football) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Service, including its source code, design, branding, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and is owned by Hypra or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Service or its branding.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability) will so survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LIVE DATA WILL BE TIMELY OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPRA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hypra and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in New Delhi, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or by updating the Effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
